About Me

I'm a computer enthusiast in my sophomore year in college, majoring in Computer Engineering.
I spend much of my free time working on computers, mostly trying to understand more about the internal workings of Linux.
Currently I am running an Fedora 15 desktop, a Debian Stable server which is hosting several virtual machines each running Debian and providing a network service. Over the past few years I have experimented with several distributions, including Fedora and Gentoo, and soon I plan to look into OpenBSD.
In addition to my interest in how computers and operating systems work, I also am interested in information security. To that end, I have been teaching myself how to configure SELinux, and currently have it enabled on my physical server, as well as all of the virtual machines it hosts.
